Hola a todos... aqui les indico cómo se debe proceder para subir una imagen al Avatar

Se ingresa al panel de control de usuario...

Se selecciona la pestaña Perfil y la opcion Editar avatar...

Preparar una imagen, que no debe superar los 140 x 140 pixeles... para reducirla hay muchos prpgramas, para mi el mas facil y que ademas la mayoria debe tenerlo en su PC es Microsoft Picture Manager (solo es dar clic derecho y abren con ese aplicativo)... deben ver algo asi, seleccionan Imagen/Cambiar tamaño... a la derecha estan las casillas para ingresar las dimensiones y en la parte inferior se verifica el nuevo tamaño que se está logrando...

Se guardan los cambios (denle Guardar Como para que no se tiren la foto original)...

Luego se sube la foto al foro, lo mas facil es dando Examinar desde el PC pero se puede subir a un servidor como el nuestro como se hace cada que se quieren subir fotos y listo...
