Nop. No quiere decir nada para nosotros.
En España tienen la ITV que sería algo así como una revisión tecnicomecanica pero más minuciosa y exigente, en la cual a los vehículos no se le pueden hacer modificaciones que no estén contempladas en el manual del propietario o que estén debidamente avaladas por el fabricante.
Esto aplica para cambios de piezas del vehículo tales como llantas, cabinas, defensas, cambios de motor, luces, injertos, etc. Por eso es que en los foros españoles, predominan los vehículos “originales” a diferencia de acá, que son customizados al gusto del propietario.
Aquí en Colombia la revisión que se hace realiza anualmente, es solo para mirar que la parte mecánica este en óptimo estado. Frenos, gases, motor, llantas, etc. No para revisar la parte de accesorios o cambios que pueda tener el carro.
Sin embargo si se pone como seria en este caso, barra antivuelco; por cuestiones de seguridad, esta debe de estar ancalda al chasis y ser funcional en el caso que se necesite. No solo que se vea “bonita”.
